This ROI Migration Calculator is operated by Yeager Marketing, which acts as the controller and
initial collector of the information you submit through this tool. Information collected includes
responses to questions about your organization’s development spend, investment, productivity,
and risk metrics, as well as your name, email address, and company.

Purpose of Data Collection

We collect and process this data to:

• Generate a personalized ROI analysis based on your inputs;
• Provide a downloadable PDF summary (never stored on our servers);
• Support Checkmarx’s sales team in evaluating the potential value of Checkmarx
  solutions for your organization; and
• Conduct analytics through HubSpot to assess trends and engagement.

Data Sharing and Use
Your data may be shared with:

• You so you can review the ROI analysis and share it, including within your company, to
  determine if Checkmarx might be a good partner for your business needs’
• Checkmarx, to assist its sales team in following up with targeted insights based on your
  ROI results; and
• HubSpot, which we use for CRM and analytics purposes.

Personal information submitted via the final page (name, email, company) is securely transferred
via API to HubSpot and is not stored on our servers or in any internal database.

Compliance with U.S. State Privacy Laws

We are committed to complying with all applicable U.S. state privacy laws. To the extent these
laws apply to your data:

• You have the right to know what categories of personal information we collect and how it
  is used;
• You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information;

Security and Data Storage

As set forth above, personal information submitted via the final page (name, email, company)
is securely transferred via API to HubSpot and is not stored on our servers or in any internal
database. In addition:

• Form field responses (excluding personal identifiers) are stored securely in a MySQL
  database within a password-restricted hosting environment.
• Data is collected using Gravity Forms, which is built with GDPR and U.S. privacy
  compliance in mind. For more information about Gravity Forms privacy policies, please
  review them here.
• The WordPress admin area is protected by .htaccess and strong user authentication
  practices.
• PDFs are generated on demand via randomized entry IDs and are never stored on the
  server.
• Cookies are not set for visitors. Only administrative users receive a session cookie upon
  login.
